So I accidentaly deleted my all my app manifest files for all my games and now I have all my games files but steam won't recognize them being installed and starts to download them I don't have decent internet connection so downloading 100GB worth of data is outta the question (for now anyway) any help regarding this would be appreciated a gamer in distress here
